Birmingham-based Court Collaboration has won Residential Developer of the Year at Insider’s annual West Midlands Property Awards.
Celebrating the achievements of companies, advisers and individuals from the property and construction sector, the awards represent some of the most sought-after accolades in the region.
In recent months, and despite the Coronavirus pandemic, Court Collaboration has completed its hotly-anticipated 225-home Arden Gate development, as well as receiving planning consent for its ambitious 995-home Stone Yard scheme in Digbeth and its neighbouring 48-storey Build-to-Rent development at the Irish Centre in Deritend, all exciting Birmingham city centre schemes.
Works have also started at New Garden Square, where Court Collaboration is delivering 392 high-quality apartments as part of the wider Calthorpe Estate regeneration scheme.
Alex Neale, Managing Director of Court Collaboration, said: “We are thrilled to have received the West Midlands Property Award and to have been recognised as Residential Developer of the Year. 2020 was an unprecedented year for us all so we are delighted by what our exceptional team has been able to achieve, despite the challenges, and look forward to continuing to push forward our exciting projects throughout the year ahead.”
