Court Collaboration wins Residential Regeneration Project of the Year

Nov 24, 2020

Court Collaboration’s highly progressive Stone Yard development has won Residential Regeneration Project of the Year at Insider’s Midlands Residential Property Awards 2020. The awards, which honour key projects, people and businesses in the sector, are an annual highlight and we were up against a number of high-profile regional schemes.

The project is in partnership with Glancy Nicholls Architects, CBRE, Shakespeare Martineau, A&J Mucklow and Tony Gallagher.

Due to be completed in 2023, The Stone Yard will feature 995 residential units across several new buildings in the heart of Digbeth in Birmingham city centre, boasting a residents’ gym, cinema and shared working spaces.

The judges said: “This is not only an important and ambitious project, both in its own right and because it effectively opens up a whole area of Birmingham to much-needed regeneration and development.”

We’re delighted to have won this award and our thanks go to all those involved in helping us realise such an exciting, ambitious development for the city of Birmingham.

Due to the unprecedented Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent restrictions, no awards ceremony took place this year, but the key projects, people and businesses in the Midlands’ residential sector are still being honoured by Insider.
