This years AGM took place in Bournemouth and allowed the team to regroup, reflect and focus.
With a busy few months including the announcement of Brewers Yard, One Eastside and the opening of Arden Gate showhome the team at Court have been extremely busy.
The session allowed the team the opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months and focus on the new projects and opportunities which have arisen. They also looked out onto the next 12 months, focussing on both the team and individual business goals and the steps in which we plan to take to achieve these.
With other key developments being announced in the next 12 months we looked at key strategies and how to take the business forward to be lead collaborators in the property market
We have also expanded the team, welcomed new faces and announced a restructure of the company. Alex Neale has now become the lead Managing Director and overseeing the company as a whole, with Chris Keogh taking the role as the ‘Operation and Development’ Director with both of these appointments helping take the business into a new direction.
