We’re absolutely delighted to announce that we have won Midlands Business Insider’s Property Deal of Year at its annual West Midlands Property Awards.
The ceremony, which took place on Thursday 7th November at Hilton Birmingham Metropole, celebrated the best landmark projects, commercial developers and house builders from across the region.
We took the crown for Property Deal of the Year for our £160m forward funding of One Eastside, set to become the Midlands’ first 51-storey skyscraper.
Subject to final planning permission, One Eastside will see Court Collaboration leading the way in the Build to Rent market. Once complete, the scheme will encompass 667 beautifully designed one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a range of retail and leisure facilities, including a rooftop dining and bar area, a gym, yoga room and cinema room.
