Say hello to ONE Eastside

May 1, 2019

Court Collaboration is happy to announce the launch of ONE Eastside Birmingham. The property, a 51 storey building will be Birmingham’s tallest building and compromise of 667 luxury units as well as various public realms. Included in the luxury development will be a roof top sky bar for residents, a cinema and a variety of yoga and gym facilities. Owners will also be allowed pets at the scheme.

The development, previously the CEAC building in Eastside will be sold through Courts sales team – Court Living.

Anthony McCourt, CEO, and Founder of Court Collaboration said: ‘We are truly excited about One Eastside. Bringing such a tower of scale to the region and adjacent to the entrance to our new HS2 station, this scheme will create new standards of city centre living for its residents. Our forward funding plans are close to being announced and this in itself will be a huge inward investment story for our region in bringing some of most mature BTR globally to our city’.

The scheme will be funded through financial backing from an array of investors.

Court has already worked alongside investors from across the globe to deliver schemes like The Axium and Arden Gate where a few units are still available to buy.

ONE Eastside will be close to the new HS2 station offering direct links to London in under an hour, amongst other Birmingham landmarks such as Grand Central, Bullring, The Mailbox, and Birmingham business district being a 10 minute walk away. View the fly through here.
