Chris has dedicated more than 15-years within the property and construction industry, through holding both seniority within large scale organisations and a successful owned consultancy business. Primary experience has derived from delivery of large scale complex project refurbishments, within live environments, along with significantly sized residential and mixed use schemes.
He is a consummate solution driven leader, with excellent communication skills, and a unique ability to collaborate and develop synergy within a team. These being attributes that led Chris to secure the accolade of Birmingham Young Professional of the Year in 2009. He has been involved in working across a variety of sectors, including education, commercial, leisure and entertainment. Currently responsible for the delivery of numerous residential schemes in and around the region, Chris has also recently played an instrumental role in the successful award of the 2022 Commonwealth Games for Birmingham.
Previous to this, Chris has built upon a depth of experience through undertaking and leading arena, library, office, catering and exhibition refurbishment projects; coupled with a series of international commissions and new build schemes.
